Risk Warning & Waiver

Skateboarding is a fun, exciting, and healthy activity. At SkateAtoll, safety is our top priority. However, as with any sport, there are inherent risks involved. To minimize risk, all participants are required to wear proper safety gear during lessons.

 Waiver must be signed by the participant, or 

by a parent/guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age.

1. I understand that skateboarding involves risks, hazards, and potential dangers. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, including the possibility of personal injury, property damage, or loss.
    
2. I confirm that I am (or the participant is) medically fit to participate in skateboarding lessons. I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions to SkateAtoll before participation.
